An intensely hoppy, fairly strong, bitter pale ale Strong and complex hop flavor (same descriptors as aroma). Moderately high to very high bitterness. Low to medium supportive, clean, soft, unobtrusive malt character; may have light caramel or toast flavors Hops: Simcoe, Cascade, Sticky Fingers, Chinook, Citra, Mosaic, Triumph, and a few other - Nunya >:P

Sour - Other
J. Worthington Foulfellow
It is named after J. Worthington Foulfellow, a gentleman whose polish often hid his true intentions. This is a basic sour beer, fermented with a lactic acid–producing yeast instead of bacteria—clean, clever, and just a little deceptive in how it gets there. Bright, tart, and unexpectedly smooth, it proves that not everything sour is exactly what it seems.

Inner Vixen Strawberry Blonde
Inner Vixen is a light blonde ale that plays it cool at first sip. She explodes with fresh strawberry aroma and flavor, bold enough to turn heads without raising her voice. Sweet on the surface and fearless underneath, she knows exactly the impression she leaves. Named after the red fox vixens often seen around the property, this beer captures their clever charm and flash of wild confidence.
